Blackberry: I got a sinking feeling !

Completely Doomed?
As Blackberry recently announced it's largest Blackberry device, Z30 which failed to attract consumers and it's market share falling rapidly it's time to get in time for Blackberry.Blackberry has decided to keep only four to five devices in it's lineup,two high end and two low end.Blackberry says it will cut 4,500 jobs across the globe.It is expected to have $1 billion loss when it issues financial results next week.

Blackberry made mistakes by pricing its Z10 at a hefty price of Rs 40,000 and it's Q10 at a price Rs 44,000 and it's lower end Q5 at 25,000 which made consumers think twice before buying a Blackberry.

The company is also looking for buyer to buy parts of the company or the company itself.According to it's market share and CAGR, Apple's iOS has 16.9%,Android has 75.3%,Windows Phone has 3.9%,Blackberry has 2.7% while others have 1.2% market share.

Retailers have started reducing Blackberry inventory in their shops.Blackberry has reported a 40% plunge in sales.'This is the beginning of the end.'-Analyst Felix Salmon.The company also tried to attract consumers on using it services by launching the famous BBM messenger to Android & iOS.By increasing dominants and products in Mobile Market will the company be able to survive?
