Samsung launches Galaxy Note 3 and Gear in India

The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 has been launched in India at an hefty Price of  49,900 which makes it the most expensive smartphone available in the Market currently.The device was announced earlier at Samsung's Unpacked event in Berlin.

It sports a 5.7-inch Full-HD Super AMOLED display with resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels.It is powered by 1.9 GHz octa-core consisting of (four 1.9 GHz Cortex A15 + four 1.3 GHz Cortex A7) cores coupled with 3 GB of RAM.It comes with 13-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and smart stabilization while there is 2-megapixel front camera with BSI.It runs on the latest Android 4.3 Jelly-Bean and comes with 32 and 64 GB of internal storage expandable upto 64 GB via micro SD card.It comes with 3,200 mAh of battery.The S Pen also been upgraded with new features like Action Memo, Scrapbooker, Screen Writer, S Finder and Pen Window.The Note 3 is available at price of 44,999 from Snapdeal and other websites.

Samsung also launched it's Galaxy Gear smartwatch in India at price of 22,900.It comes with a 1.63 inch Super AMOLED touchscreen to show notifications,missed calls etc.It is currently compatible only with the Note 3.It has also has a 1.9 Megapixel camera at the rear to take photos.It lets you place and take calls without the need to take out your device.It also S Voice and S Health to track your health.It has 12 apps already designed for it and Samsung says more apps will be available.It also serves as normal watch to see time and comes with ChatON preloaded.

 Days after the announcement of the gold iPhone 5S,Samsung is too tend on fascinating the consumers by announcing the Gold Edition of the Galaxy S4 in the Middle East.This probably means that if Apple can do it than we can do it too.The device will come with a gold back panel while the front will be either Brown or Pink.The specs are same as the original S4.No word as been on pricing and availability in International markets.It seems that device will be available only to Middle East consumers.

Coming up an curved screen smartphone from Samsung

The Curved display is rumored to come in Samsung's next F series

Samsung has officially announced that it will release a Smartphone with curved display in October."We plan to introduce a smartphone with a curved display in South Korea in October" said DJ Lee, Samsung's head of strategic marketing for mobile in a Note 3 launch event in Seoul.He gave no more details on pricing,features and availability.

In January,Samsung had already shown it's Flexible display in mobiles called Youm.It also had introduced a 55-inch Curved TV which costs $9,000 (Rs.5,58,540) earlier this year.It will be exciting to see a smartphone with curved display.So what are you getting today, The Note 3,Galaxy Gear,Gold S4 or the smartphone with curved display coming next month?
