Dell has a new 'Venue' for tablets in India with It's new Windows and Android tablets

Dell has launched it's four new tablets in India which include the Android powered Venue 7 and 8 and the full-fledged Windows powered Venue 8 and 11 Pro.The Venue 7,8 and 11 Pro come only in black color while the Venue 8 Pro comes in Black or Red color.

First is the Venue 7 as the name suggests features a 7-inch IPS WXGA HD display with resolution of 1280 x 800.It is powered by 1.6 GHz dual-core Intel Atom Z2560 (Clover Trail) processor backed by 2 GB of RAM and comes with Intel HD graphics.It has 3-megapixel rear cam along with a VGA front cam for video calls.It runs Android 4.2 Jelly Bean out-of-the-box and is expected get the taste of the latest Android 4.4 Kit-Kat.It has 16 GB of internal storage which can be expanded upto 32 GB via micro SD card.On the connectivity side it comes with 3G and 4G LTE support.It has 4,100 mAh of battery.The device is priced at Rs.10,999 and comes with 1 year limited hardware warranty.

Next is the Venue 8 which sports a 8-inch IPS WXGA HD display with same resolution as the Venue 7.It is powered by a more powerful 2 GHz dual-core Intel Atom Z2580 (Clovertrail) processor along with 2 GB of RAM and comes with Intel HD graphics.It has a better 5-megapixel rear shooter along with a 2-megapixel front shooter.It runs Android 4.2 Jelly-Bean and comes in 16 or 32 GB internal storage which can be expanded upto 32 GB via micro SD card.It comes with 3G support but misses on 4G connectivity.It has the same 4,100 mAh of battery.It is priced Rs.17,499 for the 16 GB while the 32 GB version is priced at Rs.21,499 and comes with 1 year accidental damage services.

The Venue 8 Pro is aimed at people using BYOD (Bring your own device) at their workplace and is for people who want the usability of a laptop in tablet like form factor.It comes with 8-inch IPS WXGA HD display with a resolution of 1280 x 800.It is powered by 1.8 GHz quad-core Intel Atom  Z3740D processor along with 2 GB of RAM and integrated HD graphics.It has 5-megapixel rear camera and 1.2-megapixel HD front camera.It runs the full fledged Windows 8.1 (32-bit) and comes with Microsoft Office and Student 2013 preloaded.It comes in 32 and 64 GB of storage and has 2 MB cache.It comes with Wi-Fi for connectivity.Battery life is expected upto 9.9 hours.It is priced Rs.26,499 onwards.

Last is the Venue 11 Pro which sports 10.8-inch IPS FHD display with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels.It is powered by a different processor depending on model: 2.4 GHz quad-core Intel Atom Z3770 processor (2 MB cache) with 2 GB RAM and Intel Gen 7 graphics on the 64 GB model,1.5 GHz dual-core Intel core  i3 4020Y (3 MB cache) with 4 GB RAM and Intel GT2 graphics on the 128 GB model,1.5 GHz dual-core Intel Core i5 4210Y processor (3 MB) cache along with Intel GT2 graphics on the 128 GB model.It has a 8-megapixel rear camera and a 2-megapixel HD front-facing camera.It runs Windows 8.1 (32-bit) on the 64 GB model and Windows 8.1 (64-bit) on the 128 GB.It is also has a full-size USB 3.0 port for connecting external devices and accessories along with mini HDMI port.It comes with Wi-Fi,Bluetooth 4.0 and NFC on the connectivity side.Battery life is expected upto 8-10 hours.Dell has not announced the pricing for the device.
