Samsung much awaited phone,Galaxy Grand Neo has been listed on Samsung's Jordan website along with it's specs though it has been not announced officially.It has not been given a price yet though availability is limited to city of Amman yet.A Dutch online retailer has listed the price has
€260 exactly Rs.22,214.
The Grand Neo comes with 5.1-inch WVGA TFT display that comes with 800 x 400 resolution which is pretty low for 5-inch device.It is powered by a 1.2 GHz quad-core which is unspecified alongwith 1 GB of RAM.It has 5-megapixel rear shooter accompanied by LED flash and is capable of 720p video recording while a VGA camera is available for taking selfies.The Grand Neo's Android version is not mentioned on the official page but it is expected come with Android 4.2 or 4.3 Jelly Bean.It comes with 16 GB of internal storage which is expandable upto 64 GB via micro SD card.It comes with 2,100 mAh battery which can give upto 8 hours of 3G usage,10 hours of Wi-Fi usage,8 hours of video playback,38 hours of audio playback,11 hours of 3G talktime,430 hours of standby time.The device is available in colors such as: White,Black,Orange and Lime Green.
Samsung had recently launched the
Galaxy Grand 2 in India at price of Rs.23,000.The Galaxy Grand Neo comes with Multi window functionality in addition also comes with one-handed operation modified keypad to make calls and send texts without using both hands.It would be interesting to see how the device compete with counterparts like the LG G Pro Lite when it reaches India.What do you think of the device ?
