HTC has launched it's latest Desire 316 smartphone in China which was spotted earlier in March on a Chinese website.The device is currently available only in China and no details about global availability have been revealed yet.
The Desire 316 sports a 5-inch qHD display with resolution of 960 x 540 pixels.It is powered by 1.2 GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 processor under the hood coupled with 512 MB of RAM which is shameful even for a budget smartphone these days.The device comes with 4 GB of internal storage which is expandable upto 32 GB via micro SD card and runs on Android 4.3 Jelly-Bean out-of-the-box.On the camera side,it comes with 5-megapixel rear camera with CMOS and LED-flash while there is a VGA camera for selfies.The smartphone packs in a 1,950 mAh of battery and will be Black and White colors.
Looking at the specs it seems as HTC would price it cheap enough to compete with the Moto G.The company recently launched the Desire 310 with quad-core processor at price of Rs.12,990.More latest smartphone news visit:
