Micromax launches the Canvas Knight with octa-core processor in India at Rs.19,999

Micromax has launched it's flagship Canvas Knight in India at price tag of rupee 19,999.The device will be available from today via the company's online store.The Canvas Knight is the company's first octa-core smartphone.

The Canvas Knight sports a 5-inch Full-HD IPS display with resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels and has pixel density of 443 PPI.It is powered by 2 GHz octa-core MediaTek MT6592T processor alongwith 2 GB of RAM.The device comes with 32 GB of internal storage which is non expandable and runs on Android 4.2.2 Jelly-Bean.The phone supports dual-SIM (micro SIM+micro SIM) and packs in 2,350 mAh of battery which provides upto 7.5 hours of talk-time.

It sports a 16-megapixel rear camera with M8 Largan lens and OmniVison CameraChip sensor with Electronic Image Stabilization (EIS) while there is a 8-megapixel front facing camera.The phone also comes with Yamaha Amplifier which delivers advanced sound reproduction according to Micromax.The smartphone comes with BBM, Hike, GetIt, Truecaller, Spuul, Kingsoft Office Suite, Opera Mini, M!Live, M!Vault, M!Security and Games-(RealSteel WRB, Where's My Perry and Where's My Water) preloaded.
