Nokia has unveiled two new feature phones at the MWC in Barcelona which include the Nokia 220 and the Asha 230.
The Nokia 220 is the successor to the Nokia 110 and comes with 2.4-inch QVGA LCD with a resolution of 320 x 240 pixels.It sports a 2-megapixel fixed-focus rear camera with 2x digital zoom and supports expandable storage upto 32 GB via micro SD card.The device has alphanumeric keypad and comes with 1,100 mAh of battery which provides upto 15 hours of talk-time.
It will be available in Black, Cyan, Red, White and Yellow colors in Asia-Pacific, Europe, India, Latin America, the Middle East and Africa immediately at price of EUR 29 exactly 2,463.
While the Asha 230 is most affordable Asha touch device and comes with 2.8-inch QVGA LCD display with resolution of 320 x 240 pixels.It boasts of a 1.3-megapixel fixed-focus rear camera with 3x digital zoom.The device comes with expandable storage upto 32 GB via micro SD card and has 1,020 mAh of battery which provides upto 11 hours of talk-time.It runs on Asha platform 1.1.1 and comes with Facebook,Twitter,WhatsApp,LINE,WeChat preloaded.The phone will also come with 7 GB of free cloud storage from Microsoft OneDrive with the option to automatically back up photos to the cloud.
